- Click on the RMM Tool Windows icon below and the Endpoint Protection Windows.
- A file named POP_RMM-windows-installer.msi and POP_MB.msi will be downloaded.
- Navigate to your downloads folder
- Double-click and run both applications.

What will this do?
This application will allow Leapfrog Market to:
- View, manage and monitor your laptop health and settings centrally with Pop management’s guidelines.
- Allow us to manage and install software updates, security updates and software versions
- Allow speechies to log support tickets via our Helpdesk interface
- Allow Leapfrog Market to remotely assist and access your device if you need immediate support (no more screen sharing and giving control)
- Install, Uninstall and Manage software individually and as a company.
