Setup of Equipment not purchased via Leapfrog Market will be charged on an hourly base. Once set up this can then form part of the customer’s Managed services agreement for ongoing maintenance.

* Migration Price includes software licence and labour involved in migration. Timing of migration depends on the source server’s data feed speed and simultaneous connection limits, which are outside our control. Larger data sets may extend migration time due to restricted thread counts. Our team will actively monitor the process and step in as needed if any issues arise.

**If a client is not on a managed services plan and chooses to purchase equipment from a third-party supplier, Leapfrog Market will bill for the time spent on setting up and configuring this equipment. Clients on managed services plans, and those who purchase equipment directly from us, benefit from setup coverage included in their service agreements, ensuring that equipment is compatible and reliable within their work environment.
